2. Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 7days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Ship the item back using the instructions provided
4. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are:

Incorrectly shipped

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost
7. Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
8. Return Shipping Costs
